Photography Background
I began photographing anime conventions in 2006 with a simple goal: capture memorable moments and make it easy for cosplayers to find and download their photos. Over time, that hobby evolved into a dedicated photography platform focused on documenting the creativity, craftsmanship, and energy of anime and cosplay events throughout Southern California.
Convention Experience
Since then, we have covered a wide variety of events, including cosplay picnics, fan gatherings, community meetups, and many of Southern California’s largest anime conventions. Our continued attendance has allowed us to build lasting relationships within the cosplay community while creating an extensive archive of photographs featuring attendees, artists, special guests, exhibitors, and memorable convention experiences.
Media Coverage Goals
Our goal is to provide professional event coverage that captures the excitement, atmosphere, and unique character of each convention. We strive to showcase the dedication of cosplayers, artists, vendors, guests, and event staff while preserving memorable moments for attendees to enjoy long after the convention has ended.
Receiving a media badge would allow us to continue expanding that coverage by documenting convention activities, promoting the hard work of participants and organizers, and sharing high-quality photographs with a wider audience through our online galleries and social media platforms.

Anime films like Ghost in the Shell and Princess Mononoke ignited my passion for anime. Some of my early favorite series included Rosario + Vampire, Please Teacher!, Fruits Basket, Mermaid Forest, and Ghost in the Shell.
The first manga purchased was Rosario + Vampire, and the first anime DVDs I bought were Mermaid Forest, Fruits Basket, Please Teacher!, and Rosario + Vampire.
Enjoy watching anime while editing my photos. Currently watch about seven series each week and have lost count of how many I’ve finished. I have both Crunchyroll and Netflix subscriptions, where I watch most of my anime.
