At Anime Expo 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to meet the ever-so-friendly fore9gn! I Got to see their version of Misa Amane cosplay from Death Note (And let me tell you, they truly brought the character to life). We did a photoshoot together, and fore9gn was a total professional, even with everyone making comments. They knew exactly how to pose, helping me get some great bokeh shots without any background people.

This was my first time spotting fore9gn at a convention! I hope to seeing them again next year at Anime Expo, to see another cosplay version of an iconic character. Can’t wait to see them again at other SoCal events and Anime cons the years. Looks like I need to branch out and hit more Cons to catch all their other cosplays!

The crowds at Anime Expo was electric, with fans from all over coming together to celebrate their love for anime and cosplay. The energy was contagious, and it was amazing to see so many creative and passionate individuals in one place. I can’t wait for the next convention to experience it all over again!
